Tips to Weight Loss


If you want to reduce your weight follow the following tips:
1. Go for a morning Walk in the Sunlight.
2. Avoid Sugar, Salt and Rice
3.Eat plenty of vegetables like  Vegetables that you have to eat every day Carrot, Tomato, Beetroot, Lettuce and French Beans
4. Eat lot of  Fruits.  I think you have to eat every day Watermelon, Apple, Orange, Lemon( squeezed in your water), Kiwi/Pomegranate
