Recipe Mysore Pak

Gram flour - 2 cup 
Sugar -4 cups 
Water - 1/2 cup 
Ghee - 4 cups 

Add water to sugar in heavy bottom vessel and heat it till the sugar dissolves completely in water. Then pour Ghee into it and heat it in a low flame. When it starts to bubble start adding gram flour and then cook again. Stir continuously and after around 10 minutes the mixture starts to rise. Then remove it from the heat and then pour it into a greased tray. Allow it to cool and then cut it into required shape.

Recipe Vanilla Icecream

Milk powder - 2 cups
Milk - 8 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Gelatin - 1 teaspoon
Cornflour - 4 teaspoon
Vanilla essence - 3 teaspoon
Butter - 4 teaspoon

Take a heavy bottom vessel and boil 6 cups of milk.  Then mix the milk powder, gelatin, cornflour and sugar in the two cups of milk. Now pour this mixture to the boiling milk and stir it. Allow the mixture  to cool and then add vanilla essence and butter to it. Pour it into a tray and keep in freezer. When it starts to set whip it in a mixer. Again keep it back in the freezer until it sets. Vanilla icecream can then be served chill.
