Mangoes Health Benefits

There are many health of benefits if you use Mangoes  in your diet. They prevent cancer, lower the Cholesterol level, Improves Digestion, Improves Concentration and Memory Power and it also provides the needed High Iron for Women.  People who are suffering from acidity and its enzymes are advised to take mangoes (Esters, Terpenes and Aldehydes present in mango aids to easy digestion) regularly it helps them to relieve indigestion problems.

The latest research results shows us antioxidant compounds found in mangoes have been found to protect against Cancer (breast, leukemia, colon, and prostate).  High amount of antioxidants are present in mangoes protects your body from diseases.

Recipe Plain Chocolate Cake

Maida - 2 cups
Butter - 125 gms
Sugar - 2 cups

Drinking chocolate - 3 tablespoon
Instant coffee - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Hot water - 1/2 cup
Eggs - 3
Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste

For preparing Plain Chocolate Cake first you have to mix Maida and baking soda, mix them and sieve them for about 6 times. Then take a cup and issolve drinking chocolate and instant coffee in hot water and keep aside. Now you have to mix butter and sugar. Then beat the eggs well and then add it to the butter mixture. 

Now you have to fold in the chocolate and maida one spoon at a time and mix all very well. Then you have to this add vanilla essence, vinegar and salt. Prepare a baking tray then pour it into a baking tray. Bake it in micro wave oven at a temperature of 180 C for about 45 minutes. Now your favorite Plain Chocolate Cake is ready.

Cute Mysore Silk Saree Designs

Recipe Jelly Fruit Pudding

Milk – 2 litre
Condensed Milk – 2 tin
Sugar – 1 1/2 cup
China grass – 20 gms
Water – 6 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Ripe mangoes finely chopped – 1/2 cup
Apple finely chopped – 1/2 cup
Pineapple cooked and finely chopped – 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
Orange jelly – 2 packet
Sugar – 2 tablespoon

First take a thick bottom vessel then add the sugar to milk and then boil it.  When the milk is boiled, add condensed milk and bring it to boil again. Then you have to take another vessel and soak the china grass in water for around 5 minutes. After 5 minutes melt it into liquid. Now remove the milk from the flame and mix it with china grass and vanilla essence. When it is almost set, add the chopped fruits as well as the cashews nuts. Put some jelly powder in a dish. To this add sugar and 1 1/2 cup of boiled water and mix them well. Then add 1 cup of water again and mix properly. This jelly mixture is then poured over the fruits and is kept in refrigerator. Allow it to cool. Your tasty Jelly Fruit Pudding is now ready.

Recipe Paneer Makhni

400 grams

1 1/2 inch piece

Garlic cloves

2 medium

1 medium

Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi),chopped
1/2 medium

1/4 medium

5-6 medium

Red chilli powder
1 tablespoon

Coriander powder
1 tablespoon

Cumin powder
1 teaspoon

Black peppercorns,coarsely crushed
1 teaspoon

Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon

to taste

Green chillies

2 tablespoons

1 tablespoon

Fresh cream
1/4 cup

Kasoori methi powder
1 tablespoon

1/2 teaspoon

Green cardamom powder
a pinch

Fresh coriander leaves,
2 tablespoons

First clean and wash all vegetables, ginger and garlic. Then chop ginger and garlic and carrots put into a mixer jar add little water and grind. Chop onions and add. Peel and chop bottle gourd and add. Then you have to add cabbage, tomatoes and a little water and grind everything to a smooth puree. 

Now you have to heat a non stick pan and pour the above mixture in it. Then add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, crushed black peppercorns, garam masala powder, salt and green chillies and mix. Then add butter and mix well. Cover the non stick pan and cook for about 12-15 minutes. Now you have to add honey and cream and mix. Then mix kasooi methi powder, javitri powder and cardamom powder in have to cut the paneer into snall cubes and add it in the mixture  Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves, kasoori methi mixture and mix. Serve hot.
