Recipe Jelly Fruit Pudding

Milk – 2 litre
Condensed Milk – 2 tin
Sugar – 1 1/2 cup
China grass – 20 gms
Water – 6 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Ripe mangoes finely chopped – 1/2 cup
Apple finely chopped – 1/2 cup
Pineapple cooked and finely chopped – 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
Orange jelly – 2 packet
Sugar – 2 tablespoon

First take a thick bottom vessel then add the sugar to milk and then boil it.  When the milk is boiled, add condensed milk and bring it to boil again. Then you have to take another vessel and soak the china grass in water for around 5 minutes. After 5 minutes melt it into liquid. Now remove the milk from the flame and mix it with china grass and vanilla essence. When it is almost set, add the chopped fruits as well as the cashews nuts. Put some jelly powder in a dish. To this add sugar and 1 1/2 cup of boiled water and mix them well. Then add 1 cup of water again and mix properly. This jelly mixture is then poured over the fruits and is kept in refrigerator. Allow it to cool. Your tasty Jelly Fruit Pudding is now ready.
