If you want to loose your weight, Don't Skip your breakfast because it is really is the most important
meal of the day. Every morning  Start with healthy food. ie. fruits. Drink Lemon Juice with little salt. Then you start every morning off with a healthy meal of fruit. Eat till you’re full. Do not mix many fruits . Stick with one per morning meal.

Eat  particular fruits like the following: 

Grapefruit
Honeydew Melon
Orange
Papaya
Pineapple
Strawberries
Watermelon

1. Go for a morning Walk in the Sunlight.
2. Avoid Sugar, Salt and Rice

It is important to realize here that why this package of 6 different interventions is being advocated. In fact, it can even be more than 7, 8 activities. The number of intervention components is immaterial. It is the way we approach to heal the problem that makes the difference. So, the main issue is the way we approach our lives. Often, nowadays, much health relates research findings are published. However we should remember here, that our life is not uni-dimensional. No individual factor or intervention can operate alone,. And no body organ operates alone. So individual organ or system should not be the target of our interventions if we want to prevent development of non-communicable diseases everything should be viewed in totality. It is not fruitful to just talk about only diet. Health tips
1. Start your day with Fresh fruit juice if you desire. Recommended quantity is eight to fourteen ounces.

2. Throughout the morning have pieces of fruit as you feel hungry.

3. Have a minimum of two servings of fruit in any three hour period.

4. Your maximum fruit intake should be governed by your needs. Have as much as you desire. Do not over eat or under eat fruit.

5. Eat melons before other fruit.
6. Eat bananas when you are particularly hungry and are craving heavier food.

7. Eat lunch with required quantity of vegetables.

8. At night eat little and before 8 p.m.

9. Morning 20 minutes brisk walk is a must.

If you follow these tips regularly, your weight will reduce and you will have healthy body and mind.

10 Tips for Healthy Life

1. Eat well in morning, moderate at Noon, minimum at Night
2. Eat lot of vegetables and fruits (except banana)
3. Carrot is a good vegetable that will gradually reduce your weight
4. Reduce your fat /oil intake
5. Minimum ½ an hour walk is a must
6. Do some simple exercises
7. Drink lot of water (at least 2 liters) during Day time
8. Avoid three Whites if your age is more than 40. -
1) Sugar, 2) Salt 3) Ghee
9. Drink 2 glass of butter milk daily
10. Do some meditation (Yoga/Meditation)

The above tips are simple to follow. It will give you a refreshing look, health life, etc. Try to do this.
