Vegetable Pulao recipe



Ingredients
Basmati rice: 2 cups
Chopped vegetables: 2 cups (Beans, Potato, carrot, green peas,)
Garlic and Ginger paste: 2 tablespoon
Butter 2 tablespoon
Onion chopped: 1 Big
Chilli powder: 2 tablespoon
Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder: 1/2 tablespoon
Salt: as needed
Coriander leaves : a handful

To Temper:


Oil: 1/4 cup
Cardomom: 1
Cloves: 2


Soak the basmati rice for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a Big non-stick pan and add cardomom, and cloves fry for 1 minutes. Now Add Garlic and ginger paste and onion and fry until translucent. Add the vegetables and fry for a couple of minutes. Then put chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well. Add coriander leaves and cook for a minute. Now add 4 cups of water and bring it to boil. Then add salt stir well. You can put soaked rice, masala powder and butter, mix well. Cover it with a lid and reduce the flame to minimum. Leave it for 10 minutes. Then taste if you need another five minutes. switch off the flame. Keep it for 15 minutes. Your
Vegetable Pulao is ready. You can serve with kurma or raita.

Paneer Tomato Masala Recipe




Paneer-1 packet
Coriander leaves / Cilantro-1 tblspn chopped
Onion-1 chopped finely
Tomato-3
Ginger garlic paste-1 tblspn
Cumin seeds /Jeera-1 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tblspn
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Cilantro/Coriander leaves-for garnishing
Oil-1 tblspn

Method:

Take the paneer and cut into diagonals. Take little oil in a fry pan and fry paneer pieces for two to three minutes in low flame.

Now remove the skin of the tomato (by diping in Hot water) Heat oil in a frying pan. Then add tomato and onion fry for three minutes and add Chilli powder-1 tsp, coriander powder-1 tblspn, Garam masala powder-1 tsp. Then allow it to cool for some time. Then grind in the mixe like puree. 

Heat oil in a frying pan and Crackle some cumin seeds.Add in ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add Tomato puree and add pabeer pieces and cook for some time. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Chapati or Poori.

Maple Candy Recipe



       4 c  Maple syrup
       1 c  Cream
     1/4 c  Butter
       1 c  Nut meats, chopped
       1 ts Lemon extract
 
Cook the maple syrup, cream and butte for 9 minutes after the boiling
point is reached. remove from heat, add the nut meats and extract and stir
for 5 minutes. Pour into buttered pans . When cool, cut into squares.

Andhra Pesarattu Dosai Preparation




Whole green grams      1 cup
rice - 2 tablespoons
Green chillies - 3
Curry leaves7-8
Ginger - chopped1 inch piece
Onion – 1 (Big)
Asafoetida – add little
Salt to taste

First soak green gram and rice with water. After two hours Grind green gram and rice with little water. Add green chillies, onion, Asafoetida ,curry leaves and ginger and grind to a coarse paste.

Transfer into a bowl, add salt and mix well and set aside. Now put a tawa and like usual dosa you can make it and serve hot with chutney and sambar or Tomato chutney.

Recipe Plain Chocolate Cake





Ingredients:
Maida - 2 cups
Butter - 125 gms
Sugar - 2 cups


Drinking chocolate - 3 tablespoon
Instant coffee - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Hot water - 1/2 cup
Eggs - 3
Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste

Preparation:
For preparing Plain Chocolate Cake first you have to mix Maida and baking soda, mix them and sieve them for about 6 times. Then take a cup and issolve drinking chocolate and instant coffee in hot water and keep aside. Now you have to mix butter and sugar. Then beat the eggs well and then add it to the butter mixture. 

Now you have to fold in the chocolate and maida one spoon at a time and mix all very well. Then you have to this add vanilla essence, vinegar and salt. Prepare a baking tray then pour it into a baking tray. Bake it in micro wave oven at a temperature of 180 C for about 45 minutes. Now your favorite Plain Chocolate Cake is ready.

Recipe Paneer Makhni



Ingredients
Paneer
400 grams


Ginger
1 1/2 inch piece


Garlic cloves
7-8


Carrots
2 medium


Onion
1 medium


Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi),chopped
1/2 medium


Cabbage,
1/4 medium


Tomatoes,
5-6 medium


Red chilli powder
1 tablespoon


Coriander powder
1 tablespoon


Cumin powder
1 teaspoon


Black peppercorns,coarsely crushed
1 teaspoon


Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon


Salt
to taste


Green chillies
2


Butter
2 tablespoons


Honey
1 tablespoon


Fresh cream
1/4 cup


Kasoori methi powder
1 tablespoon


Mace
1/2 teaspoon


Green cardamom powder
a pinch


Fresh coriander leaves,
2 tablespoons


Method 
 
First clean and wash all vegetables, ginger and garlic. Then chop ginger and garlic and carrots put into a mixer jar add little water and grind. Chop onions and add. Peel and chop bottle gourd and add. Then you have to add cabbage, tomatoes and a little water and grind everything to a smooth puree. 

Now you have to heat a non stick pan and pour the above mixture in it. Then add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, crushed black peppercorns, garam masala powder, salt and green chillies and mix. Then add butter and mix well. Cover the non stick pan and cook for about 12-15 minutes. Now you have to add honey and cream and mix. Then mix kasooi methi powder, javitri powder and cardamom powder in it.you have to cut the paneer into snall cubes and add it in the mixture  Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves, kasoori methi mixture and mix. Serve hot.
