Ingredients
Basmati rice: 2 cups

Chopped vegetables: 2
cups (Beans, Potato, carrot, green peas,)
Garlic and Ginger
paste: 2 tablespoon
Butter 2 tablespoonOnion chopped: 1 Big
Chilli powder: 2 tablespoon
Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder: 1/2 tablespoon
Salt: as needed
Coriander leaves : a handful
To Temper:
Oil: 1/4 cup
Cardomom: 1
Cloves: 2
Soak the basmati rice for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a Big non-stick pan and add cardomom, and cloves fry for 1 minutes. Now Add Garlic and ginger paste and onion and fry until translucent. Add the vegetables and fry for a couple of minutes. Then put chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well. Add coriander leaves and cook for a minute. Now add 4 cups of water and bring it to boil. Then add salt stir well. You can put soaked rice, masala powder and butter, mix well. Cover it with a lid and reduce the flame to minimum. Leave it for 10 minutes. Then taste if you need another five minutes. switch off the flame. Keep it for 15 minutes. Your Vegetable Pulao is ready. You can serve with kurma or raita.
