Tips to reduce weight



If you want to loose your weight, Don't Skip your breakfast because it is really is the most important
meal of the day. Every morning  Start with healthy food. ie. fruits. Drink Lemon Juice with little salt. Then you start every morning off with a healthy meal of fruit. Eat till you’re full. Do not mix many fruits . Stick with one per morning meal.

Eat  particular fruits like the following: 

Grapefruit
Honeydew Melon
Orange
Papaya
Pineapple
Strawberries
Watermelon

If you follow these in your daily life, You will live a healthy and happy life.


  • Eat a balanced and varied diet.
  • You should consume foods within the basic food groups (cereals, fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat), but choose foods that are low in saturated and Trans fats, cholesterol, added sugars, and salt. Choose lean meats and poultry and incorporate more fish, beans, peas, nuts and seeds for added protein sources.
  • Based on a 2,000 calorie diet, you should consume fats sparingly (less than 3 servings of high fat foods per day). Consume the following on a daily basis:
    • 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. These foods are high on vitamins and minerals
    • 4 or more servings of whole grain foods (wheat, jowar, bajra, makki and ragi etc.). These foods are high on fiber
    • 3 servings of high-quality protein (lean meats, beans, nuts, seeds). These foods also contain lots of available calcium and other essential vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids.
    • 3 servings of low fat milk or dairy products.

Importance of Water
You all know that without oxygen, we cannot survive. It is our life. Similarly, water is also essential for or body. What is new about it, you may say. Yes, it is there. I am making a recommendation for drinking water empty stomach.. In some countries like Japan it is taken as a treatment for disease. Keep water in a copper jug at night and immediately after waking up every morning drink as much quantity as you can. You may start with one or two glasses and increase it to 5-6 or more. You may brush your teeth, clean the mouth after drinking water, but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes. After breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours not even water.

This habit of drinking water on empty stomach can cure and prevent a large number of ailments such as headache, piles, diabetes, constipation asthma, etc. We do not take enough care of our body till the time we are sick to show to the doctor. Whether you are old or young every body needs to be healthy. Each and every organ of the body is important and we need to take care of our health in totality.

Life is short and we must utilize it for higher purposes. We should not allow our mind to acquire the habit of being angry over trifling things. We need to introspect by looking within ourselves now and then. If you are creating dissension and tension during the first half of the day, believe me the rest of the day will be spent just worrying about the repercussion. It will not end there, the next day you will struggle to remedy the situation. Just think about the time and energy you have wasted.

Let us conserve our energy for attaining self-realization by practicing endurance, patience, forgiveness and generosity of mind as far as possible. You may ask a question as to how is it possible not to show anger when it is rational and reasonable or on provocation? The answer lies in your own self-realization that the evil doer and provocateur is a sick person. If a doctor is caring for a sick patient how he will deal with that person if the patient is throwing things around. Then it is natural that the doctor will try to save himself from injury. But the doctor will never start throwing things back in anger towards the patient. You must behave like the doctor as he will wait for an opportunity to help the patient. It is a piece of advice that we should have that type of attitude in dealing with all those who seek to harm us. You cannot win over anger by anger.
