Tips to reduce weight / smiple exercises

We have all read so much about dieting and losing weight but the whole thing boils down to the fact that you require determination to lose weight or maintain it, and the will power to resist overeating. So never go for a crash diet. It will spoil your complexion and affect the hair, eyes, teeth and the general tone of the body, muscles, especially of the face. Here are some simple exercises you do regularly.

1. Walk 1/2 an hour daily in the morning or evening.

2. Stand straight with hands on your waist and toes slightly apart. Bend slightly forward from you waist and make circles clockwise and anti-clock wise by keeping your waist as the center of the circles. About twenty circles once a day are good enough.

3. Sit on the ground. Keep your toes apart and touch your left toe with the right hand and then the right toe with your left hand. If done properly, you will feel the pull on your sides.

Simple exercises - bulky stomach



Here we discuss about how we can bring the protruding stomach in to normal. If we do some simple exercises

1. Sleep on your stomach.

2. Try and hold your stomach in whenever or wherever you can. This will train your muscles to remain tight always.

3. Lie on the bed with hands on the sides. Try to get up very slowly without taking any support. Then lie down again very gradually. If you are doing this exercise well you will feel the stretch on your stomach.

4. Lie down flat on the ground or on the bed, with hands on the side. Lift both your toes about 18 inches from the ground to the count of ten. Then let go gradually. Repeat this ten times only.
