BEAT THE HEAT IN SUMMER TIPS
Even in the month of June, the weather is very hot with very high humidity. Though many of us prefer to stay indoors, one cannot totally avoid sun and has to step out at some point or the other. There are heat related illnesses that can strike during summer. Under extreme heat one may even suffer heat stroke where a person’s body temperature gets exceeding high, due to dehydration or body’s inability to sweat properly. This condition occurs according to Doctors, when a person’s cooling system halts working and the temperature rises to a point, where the brain or other internal organs may get damaged. According to Dr. who suggests when symptoms like an absence of sweating, a rapid pulse rate, one should be very careful. Heat strokes starts with headache, muscle pain, dizziness and in extreme case liver failure. During summer, people tend to eat out and consume artificially flavoured cold drinks. It would do well if plenty of natural liquids such as water, cucumber juice, amla and lemon juice are taken. If you have some holidays go to a Hill Station and spend the holidays.
