In today’s world majority of youngsters can’t tolerate smoking that may sound different. People in the age group of 18-40 are aware of the ill-effects of smoking. Actually the nicotine in the cigarette makes it tough for the people to give up smoking. Nicotine gums, patches, inhalers and tablets are helpful in controlling the craving for cigarette. If the Nicotine level in the blood is replaced, it becomes easier for one to quit.
