He then offered Badam Milk near Cudappa railway station. As the done of this milk according to one passenger was very powerful as he immediately lost conscious. The Government Railway Police is making all efforts to nab the man after gathering the information from the affected. Hereafter, it seems no passenger will try to speak to co-passengers as whom to believe and disbelieve.
