Paneer Tomato Masala Recipe
Paneer-1 packet
Coriander leaves / Cilantro-1 tblspn chopped
Onion-1 chopped finely
Tomato-3
Ginger garlic paste-1 tblspn
Cumin seeds /Jeera-1 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tblspn
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Cilantro/Coriander leaves-for garnishing
Oil-1 tblspn
Method:
Take the paneer and cut into diagonals. Take little
oil in a fry pan and fry paneer pieces for two to three minutes in low flame.
Now remove the skin of the tomato (by diping in Hot
water) Heat oil in a frying pan. Then add tomato and onion fry for three
minutes and add Chilli powder-1 tsp, coriander powder-1 tblspn, Garam masala
powder-1 tsp. Then allow it to cool for some time. Then grind in the mixe like puree.
Heat oil in a frying pan and Crackle some cumin
seeds.Add in ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add Tomato puree and add pabeer pieces
and cook for some time. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Chapati
or Poori.

Andhra Pesarattu Dosai Preparation
Whole green grams 1 cup
rice - 2 tablespoons
Green chillies - 3
Curry leaves7-8
Ginger - chopped1 inch piece
Onion – 1 (Big)
Asafoetida – add little
Salt to taste
First soak green gram and rice with water. After
two hours Grind green gram and rice with little water. Add green chillies, onion,
Asafoetida ,curry leaves and ginger and grind to a coarse
paste.
Transfer into a bowl, add salt and mix well and set aside. Now put a tawa and like usual dosa you can make it and serve hot with chutney and sambar or Tomato chutney.

Silk Saree Washing instruction
If you follow the following instructions, your silk
saree will always be new.
- Gently rinse your silk saree in plain cold water. For the first three washes don’t use soap.
- You can use shampoo or your bathing soap for the subsequent washes.
- It is very important to note that wash the pallu, border and body separately.
- You can use a protein shampoo with warm/cold water. The shampoo protein will feed the protein in the silk.
- Avoid using chemicals – these may damage and reduce the lifespan of the silk.
- Do not brush or lash the silk saree; it might lead to tearing the zari.
- Avoid twisting or wringing the silk.
- Do not bundle and keep wet for long durations.
