Ingredients :
1 medium size cauliflower
finely chopped onions two
giner garlic paste 1 tsp
finely chopped 2 tsp ginger
finely chopped 1 tsp garlic
plain flour ¼ cup
cornflour 4 tbsp
1 tsp chilli powder
oil 5 tbsp
salt to taste
water 2 cups
Method :
First Boil the cauliflower florettes for 5 minutes in plenty of water, add 1 tbsp of salt in it. Drain the water and pat dry cauliflower florettes on a clean cloth. Make thik batter using flour and cornflour, in water adding ¼ tsp each of ginger and garlic and red chilli powder and salt to taste.
Then Dip the cauliflower in the batter one by one and deep fry in a kadai using good oil. Keep aside. Now fry ginger, garlic paste and add onions and fry for few minutes then mix cornflour in water and add it and bring to boil for stir continuously till it become transparent. Now add the cauliflower gravy in it and boil it then add soya sauce and serve hot.
