Milk powder - 2 cups
Milk - 8 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Gelatin - 1 teaspoon
Cornflour - 4 teaspoon
Vanilla essence - 3 teaspoon
Butter - 4 teaspoon
Preparation:
Take a heavy bottom
vessel and boil 6 cups of milk. Then mix
the milk powder, gelatin, cornflour and sugar in the two cups of milk. Now pour
this mixture to the boiling milk and stir it. Allow the mixture to cool and then add vanilla essence and
butter to it. Pour it into a tray and keep in freezer. When it starts to set
whip it in a mixer. Again keep it back in the freezer until it sets. Vanilla
icecream can then be served chill.
